We know exactly what the freelance grind feels like; the shifting timelines, the corporate agency politics, and the radio silence.
We don't run our sets like that.
We build highly optimized, agile production cells, and we only work with elite, ego-free crew who take their craft seriously. Whether you are properly experienced or just starting out in your professional career, we want to hear from you. Please note that while we are unfortunately not in a position to accept student work experience placements at this stage.

THE CREW CHARTER
We believe a set is only as good as its crew. If you work with us, you can expect absolute transparency:
Fair Pay: BECTU minimum rates as a baseline, with all mileage and valid expenses fully covered.
No Financial Games: We pay our invoices within 30 days of submission max - none of that "End of Month" corporate crap.
No Ghosting: While we can’t manually reply to every single database submission, if you're on our books, your work will be reviewed by us when a project fits your specific skillset.
What we ask in return: You have active PLI, your own kit insurance if you’re bringing gear, and you leave your ego at the door. We operate in high-stakes environments, from high-end artisan workshops to ocean-going vessels and we need crew who bring total composure.
