Tom is a documentary director and cinematographer specialising in unscripted human reality. He has spent over a decade capturing character-driven narratives across the globe for broadcast, documentary networks, and premium brands; including Eurosport, the ITF, and international medical enterprises.
From documenting high-stakes medical innovations to shooting the grueling Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, Tom is specialised in operating with total technical composure in highly complex, unpredictable, and extreme environments. He controls the visual frame, the narrative pacing, and the psychological truth of every Proper Films project.

VALERIA MEDICI
Valeria brings the scale, aesthetic precision, and operational discipline of elite cinematic features directly into the brand space. Her background spans the art departments of major studio features and prestige global television, including Napoleon, Kraven the Hunter, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, Silo, and Peaky Blinders.
As Head of Production, Valeria commands the infrastructure that brings Proper Films' concepts to the screen. She architects the logistics, protects contributor relationships, stewards project budgets, and ensures seamless, low-disruption execution from the initial diagnostic conversation to the final broadcast cut. Valeria also leads the studio's international development pipelines across Italy, with a core focus on luxury heritage sectors in Sicily and Trentino Alto Adige.
